Our perfecting presses enhance turnarounds even further by allowing for printing on both sides of the sheet in one pass. Our web offset presses break down as follows:
Two 2-color and one 3-color web offset presses, all perfecting. Each of these presses features:
- 22-3/4” cutoff x 36” maximum roll width.
- Automatic splicer and inline dryers.
- Double former folder and plow folders allow products to be produced inline.
- Delivers 4-, 6-, or 8-page letters trimmed flat or folded for insertion into a #10 or 6 x 9 envelope. (In Centreville, the mark 4 and 6 fold for #10 envelope, the mark 2 folds flat (as mentioned) or to 8 ½ x 5 ½ for 6x9 envelope)

- Automatic splicer and sheeter for offline finishing of brochures, flyers, lift notes, buck-slips, inserts, newsletters and similar items.
